SMETS offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return or exchange your luxury purchases within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SMETS account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the SMETS shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the items.
